Repairs
We realize that your telephone system is vital to your business. Therefore, when your phone system is not working properly, your business is in jeopardy. We will have a fully trained technician dispatched to your location to diagnose the problem and correct it in a fast, efficient way.
Dispatch Time
Our normal dispatch time is 24 hours for any MINOR problem and 3 hours for any MAJOR outage. We have technicians on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to service your needs. This is the level of service our current customers have come to expect, and we extend this to every new opportunity, large and small.
Moves, Adds and Changes
Shamrock's technicians are fully trained to move phones, add additional equipment, or make changes to your existing equipment, regardless of whether we installed it or not. Our normal dispatch time for moves, adds and changes is 48 hours.
